I have worked with children and families in a variety of capacities for over thirty years including in Day Cares, Preschools, Out of School Programs, and in my Private Counselling /Art Therapy practice.
I have a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MA) from Yorkville University. This qualifies me as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) as designated with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Therefore, most extended health plans will cover my services,
I also am a Registered Art Therapist (BCAT-R) as designated by the BC Art Therapy Association.
Lastly, I have a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Early Childhood Education (BAA, ECE) which qualifies me as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) , Infant-Toddler Educator (IT), and Special Needs Educator (SN-ECE) with the BC Association of Early Childhood Education.
